Your first day

The setup wizard asks for the basics once — your salon's name, hours, and services — and everything downstream builds on that.

Why this order matters

Getting these four things set up in order means each new screen you open already has what it needs — your team list shows real services to assign, your calendar already knows your hours, and your first booking is genuinely ready to go.

The 4 things to set up

Business profileName, address, working hours, and branches — shows up on client-facing pages like your check-in link and website.
TeamAdd staff and assign roles, so bookings can be scheduled against real people.
ServicesWhat you offer and their prices — the foundation for bookings, invoices, and your website.
First bookingOnce the above is in place, book your first real appointment to see it all connect.

Getting through day one

  1. Set up your business profile

Name, address, hours, and branches. Timezone and currency default sensibly.

  2. Add your team

At minimum, add yourself and any staff taking bookings today.

  3. Add your services

Name, duration, and price for each — used everywhere else in Slava.

  4. Book your first appointment

Confirms the whole flow works end to end.

  5. Explore from there

Marketing, Automations, and Reports are all worth a look once the basics are live.

Nothing here is locked in forever — hours, services, and team details can all be edited anytime from Settings.
