Invoices
For services outside the usual booking flow — a home visit, a package deal, or a client who asks for a formal bill — create and send an invoice directly.
Why this matters
Not every charge fits neatly into a regular booking. Invoices give you a proper, professional document for the cases that need one, without leaving Slava to build it elsewhere.
How it works
Add line itemsList what's being charged for.
Set the totalCalculated automatically from your line items.
Email it directlySend straight to the client from inside Slava.
Creating an invoice
- Open Finance → Invoices
Tap New Invoice.
- Select or add the client
Pull from your client list, or enter new details.
- Add line items
Services, quantities, and prices.
- Send
Emails the invoice directly to the client.
- Track payment status
See whether it's been paid once the client settles it.
