Step 4 — contact details

The final step — the client confirms who they are, so this visit gets matched to their existing client profile, or starts a new one.

Why this matters

This is what makes the whole self-serve flow actually useful afterward — without it, a visit would just be an anonymous transaction. Matching it to a real client profile is what lets their history, status, and future marketing all connect.

How matching works

Existing clientIf their phone number matches someone already in your client list, this visit is added straight to their profile.
New clientIf it's their first time, a new profile is created automatically from the details they enter here.

What happens

  1. Client enters their details

Name and phone number, at minimum.

  2. Slava checks for a match

    Existing clients are matched automatically.

  3. Check-in completes

The visit, tip, rating, and payment all land on the right client profile.

This is also the point where a client becomes eligible for automated messages — like a review request or a thank-you — if you've set those up under Automations.
