What you'll see
Scheduled countHow many posts are currently scheduled to publish.
Posts tracked (30 days)How many recent posts have performance data.
Total engagement & reachCombined likes, comments, and views across your recent posts.
Instagram posts listEvery post sent to Instagram, with its status and performance.
Getting started
- Connect your Instagram account
If it's not connected yet, you'll see a prompt at the top of this tab — connecting takes you through Instagram's own login.
- Check what's scheduled
The posts list shows anything queued to go out, and anything already published.
- Post directly from here
Use “+ New Instagram Post” to jump straight into Create Content with Instagram pre-selected.
- Review performance
Once posts have been live a few days, engagement and reach numbers appear automatically — no manual entry needed.
Numbers here only appear once Instagram is connected — until then this tab just shows the connect prompt.
