Reading a client's profile

Tap any client and their full profile slides open — 7 tabs covering everything from their next appointment to notes only your team can see.

Why this matters

A stylist who can see a client's full history — their usual service, past notes, what they paid last time — gives a better experience than one starting from scratch every visit. This drawer is that full picture, always one tap away.

The 7 tabs

OverviewKey details at a glance — status, contact info, and a summary of their history.
TimelineEvery interaction in order — bookings, visits, messages.
AppointmentsPast and upcoming bookings.
ServicesWhich services they've had, and how often.
PaymentsWhat they've paid, visit by visit.
ReviewsAny reviews they've left.
NotesPrivate notes your team can add — allergies, preferences, anything worth remembering.

Opening a profile

  1. Find the client

Search or use Quick Filters from the client list.

  2. Tap their name

Their profile slides open as a drawer.

  3. Move between tabs

Everything's grouped so you're not hunting for what you need.

  4. Add a note

Jot down anything worth remembering for next time — visible to your whole team.
