Step 1 — service & tip

The first screen a client sees after scanning your QR code — a summary of what they had done today, the total, and a chance to add a tip.

Why this matters

Clients see exactly what they're being charged for, in their own hands, before anything else happens — no surprises at the register. And asking for a tip right here, digitally, tends to get a better response than asking out loud.

What the client sees

Tip optionsQuick-tap amounts, plus a custom field if they'd rather enter their own.

What happens

  1. Client scans the QR code

Usually placed at the front desk or styling station.

  2. They review the service summary

If anything looks off, they're told to flag it with your front desk.

  3. They pick a tip amount

No tip, a quick amount, or a custom one.

  4. They tap Continue

Moves them to Step 2 — rating & review.
