Ideas gives you a starting point when you don't know what to post — a short list of concepts based on the kinds of things your clients actually ask about.

Why this helps

Staring at a blank "write a caption" box is the #1 reason posting stops happening. Ideas removes that blank-page problem by handing you 4-8 ready concepts to choose from, each one grounded in a real client mistake, myth, quick fix, or FAQ — not generic filler.

How it works

Every idea falls into one of four categories, and you can filter the list by category or generate new ones focused on a specific type:

Common mistakeA mistake clients often make with a service — good for "here's what not to do" posts.
Myth-busterA popular misconception about a treatment, corrected in one post.
Quick fixA small, practical tip clients can use — easy to make visual.
Client FAQA question you get asked all the time, answered on camera or in a caption.

Ideas are generated on demand by AI when you ask for them — they're not a fixed template list, so asking again gives you fresh concepts each time.

Getting ideas

  1. Open Ideas

    From AI Studio, select the Ideas tab.

  2. Pick a focus (optional)

    Choose Mixed for a variety, or focus on one category — Common mistake, Myth-buster, Quick fix, or Client FAQ.

  3. Choose how many

    Pick 4, 6, or 8 ideas to generate at once.

  4. Generate

    Tap “Generate ideas with AI” and wait a few seconds for the list.

  5. Turn one into a post

    Open any idea and send it to Create Content to turn it into an actual caption and post.

Ideas you like don't expire — they stay in your list so you can come back and use them whenever you're ready to post.
