Step 2 — rating & review

Right after confirming their visit, the client is asked how it went — and if it went well, nudged straight toward leaving a Google review.

Why this matters

The best moment to ask for a review is right after a great experience, while it's fresh — not days later in a text message they might ignore. This step catches that moment automatically, for every single visit.

How it works

Quick ratingThe client rates their visit in one tap.
Prompted toward GoogleA good rating leads into an easy path to post the same review publicly on Google.
Skip optionIf they'd rather not, they can skip straight to the next step — nothing is forced.

What happens

  1. Client rates their visit

    A simple, fast rating step.

  2. Optionally leaves a Google review

If they're happy, they're guided to post it publicly in a couple of taps.

  3. Or skips ahead

Moves straight to Step 3 — payment method.

Public Google reviews collected this way feed directly into your Google My Business → Reviews tab, so you can reply to them from inside Slava.
