An automation running silently in the background is easy to forget about — until something breaks. Analytics is how you'd notice a rule quietly failing instead of assuming it's still working.
What you'll see
RunsHow many times a rule has been triggered.
Delivery rateHow many of those messages actually sent successfully.
Recent activityA log of individual runs, useful for spotting a specific failure.
Checking analytics
- Open Automations → Analytics
See stats across all your rules.
- Check delivery rate
A dropping rate usually points to an expired template or a connection issue.
- Drill into a specific rule
See its individual run history if something looks off.
