Booking requests
When someone fills out the "Book Your Visit" form on your Slava website, it lands here first — as a request, not yet a confirmed appointment.
Why this matters
A website visitor filling in their name and desired time isn't the same as a real, held calendar slot — someone still needs to check that time is actually free and confirm it. This step exists so nothing gets double-booked, and so you have a chance to call a client back if their preferred time doesn't work.
How it works
Every request carries one of four statuses, and you can filter the list by any of them:
Handling a request
- Open Bookings
Requests appear at the top, newest first.
- Check the requested time
See what the client asked for.
- Convert or contact
If the time works, convert it straight into an appointment — Slava checks real availability for you. If you need to call first, mark it Contacted.
- Confirm the slot
Converting a request opens the same booking flow as a manual booking, so you can adjust the time if needed before confirming.
- Dismiss if it's not going anywhere
Keeps your list clean without deleting the record.
