Granting login access

Beyond just having a role, a staff member can get their own Slava login — so they can check their own schedule or manage clients without needing your phone.

Why this matters

You shouldn't be the only person who can open Slava. Giving a trusted staff member their own login means they can handle their day-to-day without waiting on you — while you still control who gets in and can revoke it anytime.

How it works

You set the password yourself when granting access — it isn't emailed or self-chosen, keeping the first login fully under your control:

You set a passwordAt least 8 characters, set by you at the moment you grant access.
First login needs your approvalThe very first time they log in, it shows up in your Pending Approvals for a one-time confirmation.
Ongoing access, revocable anytimeOnce approved, they can log in going forward — until you remove their access.

Granting access

  1. Open a staff member's profile

From Staff → select the person.

  2. Add their email

    Required to grant login access.

  3. Set a password

At least 8 characters — this is what they'll use to log in.

  4. Save

They can now log in with that email and password.

  5. Approve their first login

Check Pending Approvals once they try logging in for the first time.
