Expenses

Add what you spend — rent, product supplies, electricity, wages — and categorize it so you can see where your money actually goes.

Why this matters

Income alone doesn't tell you if you're profitable — you need to know what's going out too. Categorized expenses make it obvious where costs are creeping up, instead of one big unexplained total.

How expenses work

Logged manuallyAdd an expense whenever it happens.
CategorizedRent, supplies, wages, utilities, and more.
Receipts optionalAttach a photo of a receipt to keep a record.

Logging an expense

  1. Open Finance → Expenses

    Tap Add Expense.

  2. Enter the amount and category

    Pick from existing categories, or add a new one.

  3. Attach a receipt (optional)

    Snap a photo if you want a record.

  4. Save

    It's now counted toward your net profit calculation.
