Connecting a channel
Each channel connects separately, and each has its own setup — WhatsApp needs a verified business number, email needs a verified sending domain.
Why this matters
WhatsApp and email both have rules about who's allowed to send messages, to stop spam. Verifying your number or domain up front means your real messages actually land in your clients' inbox instead of getting blocked or flagged.
How each one works
WhatsAppConnect through Setup → Quick Start — verifies your business phone number for sending.
EmailSends through Slava's shared account — you just verify your own sending domain (a couple of DNS records) so email arrives from your salon's name, not a generic address.
SMSConnects directly, no domain verification needed.
Connecting WhatsApp
- Open WhatsApp, SMS & Email → WhatsApp
Start from the Setup screen.
- Enter your business number
The number your clients will see messages come from.
- Verify it
Confirm via the code WhatsApp sends.
- You're connected
Move on to Quick Start to send your first message or set up a template.
Email domain verification (SPF/DKIM) is a one-time setup — once done, you never have to redo it, and every email sent afterward comes from your verified domain.
