Editing or retiring a service
Update a service's details anytime, or remove one you no longer offer — without breaking the history of past bookings that used it.
Why this matters
Prices change, and services get discontinued — but a service used in someone's booking history six months ago shouldn't just disappear. Editing keeps history intact while updating what's available going forward.
How it works
Edit anytimeChange the name, price, duration, category, or description.
Retiring a serviceRemoves it from new bookings, without deleting past records that reference it.
Making a change
- Open Services
Find the one you want to change.
- Edit its details
Update price, duration, or anything else.
- Save
Changes apply to new bookings going forward — past appointments keep their original price.
- Or retire it
If you no longer offer it, remove it from the active list.
