Building a rule

Every automation has three parts — a trigger (what starts it), an action (what it sends), and a message. Describe what you want in plain language, and AI can set all three up for you.

Why this matters

Building logic rules sounds technical, but it doesn't need to be — describing "text clients a reminder the day before their appointment" is enough for Slava to configure the trigger, timing, and message on its own.

The 3 parts

TriggerWhat starts it — a booking confirmed, a check-in completed, a no-show.
ActionWhat happens — usually sending a WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
MessageWhat's actually sent, using an approved template with the client's details filled in.

Building with AI

  1. Open Automations → Create with AI

    Start a new rule.

  2. Describe what you want

In plain language — like “ask for a review a day after checkout.”

  3. Review the suggested setup

AI proposes a trigger, action, and message based on your description.

  4. Adjust anything

Change the trigger, timing, or message before confirming.

  5. Save and activate

    The rule starts running immediately.

You don't have to use AI — you can also build a rule manually, picking the trigger, action, and message step by step.
