What your salon numbers are trying to tell you

Look past the total and find the small signals that make the next week easier to plan.

The total is only the beginning

Revenue is useful, but it is rarely the first signal that a week is changing. Look for the smaller movements: rebooking rate, gaps in the day, service mix, and how consistently the team is carrying its rhythm.

Those signals help an owner make a decision while there is still time to shape the next week.

Use reports to create room

A report earns its place when it changes what the team does next. Keep the view close to the work, and let the numbers support a better conversation rather than become another destination to maintain.
